After 16 years as a teacher, working internationally in 4 different countries, and most recently as a theater teacher, I discovered something powerful: my educator skills had a perfect second act.
My lightbulb moment came when I started helping my best friend with her small business, assisting with logistics for a conference she was a part of, and helping another friend catch up after her maternity leave. What started as friendly favors grew into something bigger when I realized how much I loved solving these organizational puzzles.
Turns out, the best project managers and multitaskers on the planet? Teachers. And entrepreneurs need exactly what we do best: systematic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping everything running smoothly.
